The house is about 50 m2 with porch of about 60 m2 around. Car parking spaces for 3 cars. Electric car charger. There are marked hiking trails around the cabin area, as well as a beach with a diving board and floating jetty. Great outdoor area for picking wild mushrooms and berries in late summer and autumn. Possibility to go fishing in the fjord.

An idyllic southern cabin located in a great location in the Flekkerøya archipelago. This is southern summer at its best! Plating around the cabin offers a spacious outdoor area to make use of. Good sun conditions on one side of the cabin during the day, and evening sun on the other side. Guest are free to use 2 kayaks if desired. If there is a need for parking, the cabin has 2 parking nearby, about 350 meters from. If renting a boat is desired, this can be arranged at additional cost.

Welcome to a cozy apartment in Sørlandet!

Cozy apartment with private terrace and good view. The apartment has a spacious living room and a private bathroom with shower. There is a bedroom with a good and soft double bed. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, and if necessary we can arrange an extra bed. Washed and ironed bed linen and towels are included in the price. We expect general folk customs and that no other residents and neighbors will be disturbed after 23. We live in the house ourselves on the 2nd floor.

You will stay in the immediate vicinity of Snartemobekken which is a side stream of the river Lygna where the salmon plays. Lower Snartemo is a old yard with a barn that is under restoration. On the farm there are traces of settlement from the pre-Roman Iron Age until our time. The famous Snartemo Sword is found only 200 meters away - in other words you live in the middle of history. Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Charming cabin with a nice view, located inland, 10 km from the centre of Lyngdal and Waterpark. The cabin is fully furnished, washing machine and dishwasher. Close to a big lake. Row-boat, kayak, fishing -gear available. Nice hiking area.
