The house has 4 bedrooms (7, two living rooms, 1.5 bathrooms and a laundry room. Other sleeping space for up to 5 people in the form of two doubles and a simple air mattress can be arranged. We have 2 high chairs and a baby chair available. Sleeps 8 as well as two mattresses that can be put on the floor and a travel bed for children up to 2 years (we don't have a duvet for this one).
