Øygarden

Øygarden is an old family farm located in scenic surroundings at Grislevann in Lindesnes. The house is very old but restored to today's standards although much of the old cane has been used further. There is a new modern kitchen and a bathroom. The house has an outdoor living room with a fireplace and TV. A greenhouse is also attached to a greenhouse where you can enjoy life and snack local vegetables. By the water there is a beach and boats you can borrow. There are great hiking trails in the immediate area. It's also great to go fishing trout for trout in the water

Cabin on Flekkerøy with lovely views to Oksøy. Sun from morning to evening, unobstructed outdoor area, fire pit and barbecue. Fireplace/wood stove for autumn/winter. Good play opportunities for kids with big lawns and small playground with 1 minute walking distance. Furnished, large and sunny porch/terrace on both sides. Nice, big hiking areas. Both worked up footpaths and the surrounding island trails. There is also a facilitated coastal path around parts of the island. 1 minute walk to swimming area with beach, rocks and great fishing opportunities.

Newly renovated cottage with its own jetty and amazing views. The property is located at Marstrand and is located at Revesand on Tromøy in Arendal. The place has an amazing view to Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. As night, you can see the light from the Torungen lighthouse from the bed. There is a private dock with a bathing ladder and plenty of space for many boats. The boat house is well equipped, with both rowboat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life vests, etc. Pioneer 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented out with the cabin if desired.

Welcome to an amazing central apartment on Bystranda in Kristiansand. Here you live 50 meters from the sea and can start the day with a delicious bathroom. The apartment has three bedrooms with room for 6 adults, of which two of the rooms are spacious enough for the small ones. Two bathrooms, large living room and kitchen with dining area for 12! Wifi and smart TV are available Private parking in basement, and possibility for guest parking. Short distance to Aquarama, the square walk, the pedestrian street and good bus connection to the Zoo.

10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If GPS leads you onto a gravel road about 7 km from the cabin, you must find an alternative route. The road has a barrier at both ends. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed on request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.

Welcome to my simple, but upgraded family cottage with its own long beach. Enjoy peace and quiet, bright summer evenings and freedom in nature in my childhood paradise. For active guests, I offer the use of a rowing boat, canoe, paddle board and good fishing opportunities. There are also great hiking opportunities and many activities in the nearby area and Evje with shops and Troll Aktiv is a short drive away. In winter, the ski slopes start a few hundred metres away and the snow-sure ski resort Høgås is 10 minutes away.

Wilderness Tower - TreeTop Fiddan

Located in the middle of the Sørland wilderness between two lakes far from people and roads. Treetop cabin with 4 floors - a real return to nature experience! Great level of comfort with great beds, panoramic views, and well-equipped kitchen. The only heat source is the wood stove and the cabin is lit only with candles and battery lamp. Good old-fashioned outhouse down on the forest floor. Fire pit, canoe, rowboat, carpenter's workshop and climbing net can be used freely. The hot tub and sauna have an extra cost.

Cottage with all equipment, spa, trampoline, 3 kayaks and a 13 foot boat with 15hp at the private dock. Kitchen and place to eat at the dock. Beautiful calm fjord, lots of fish and crabs, short boat trip to the outer islands to feel the ocean. Nice boat trips behind the islands. Climbing connection. zipline., tubing and waterski. Bigger more stable Yamarin 15 foot with 100hp 4stroke Yamaha can be rented for 1000kr a night or a Musling 14 with 60hp yamaha 4stroke for 800kr a night.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Flak Gård is located in scenic surroundings at Tovdalselva. The apartment is totally newly refurbished and is characterized by charm and tranquility. The place is good for couples, friends, families (with kids), and groups. The bedrooms are set up for two families on a trip, but are also well suited for a group of friends on a fishing trip. Tovdalselva is a renowned salmon river, and large fish is taken both up and down the river.

Back to basic. Back to old good days in the vicinity of nature in this cozy cabin with solar cell and rowboat right by a fishing and bathing water. Sunny location. Dog allowed.
