The Danube Valley, with its ruins and caves, is a popular destination for day trips, as are Lake Constance and the medieval construction site of Campus Galli.

You can go for walks around the renaturalized quarry ponds and in the surrounding forests. Some of the quarry ponds have been converted into spacious, natural beaches. A bike path runs right past the house. The Upper Danube Valley, Lake Constance, and the Swabian Alb are between 10 and 30 minutes away by car.
