The 40 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, split air conditioning, a fan, heating, a washing machine as well as a dryer.

Our vacation home in the countryside offers you relaxation in a rural setting between the Swabian Alb and Lake Constance. You can enjoy the beautiful nature on bike tours, hikes and excursions by car to the surrounding area. Many excursion destinations can be reached in a short time by car. You have a fully equipped kitchen with cooking island, a large bathroom with walk-in shower. In the apartment is a large bedroom with a double bed in the size 180/200. In addition, in the area of the living room, there is a pull-out couch with the dimensions 140/200. All our beds are equipped with toppers. Towels on site.

The vacation apartment is located on the ground floor of our house. You will enjoy complete peace and quiet in the apartment and on the terrace. You can go for walks around the renaturalized quarry ponds and in the surrounding forests. Some of the quarry ponds have been converted into spacious, natural beaches. A bike path runs right past the house. The Upper Danube Valley, Lake Constance, and the Swabian Alb are between 10 and 30 minutes away by car.
