The seaside resort of Altefähr is located on Germany's largest island of Rügen, on the Strelasund and connected almost all year round by ferry directly to the historic harbor town of Stralsund opposite. The house is part of the Sonnengarten vacation park, just two years old and with the most modern amenities. Our semi-detached house has over 80 square meters on two floors, making it the largest house type, with space for five people. Altefähr is a place for water sports, anglers, any form of active vacation - and beach.

Cozy retreat in the countryside

Enjoy a cozy getaway in the bungalow on the Devin peninsula. Just a 5-minute walk from the sandy beach and located directly on the nature reserve, it offers tranquility and pure nature. The bungalow is lovingly furnished and has one bedroom, a summer kitchen on the terrace and a fireplace. In the garden there is a fireplace for cozy evenings. The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. An ideal starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea.

Cozy little apartment - close to the Sund

In a quiet side street just 250 m from the beach promenade is our small cozy high ground floor apartment. It is bright and has a small balcony. In the living room there is a double bed and a sofa bed. Two extra beds for children are therefore possible. In the basement there is a washing machine, which can be used free of charge. Linens and towels are included. The city center is within walking distance and there is always a parking space in front of the house.

Built in 2019, the house sits on the edge of a small vacation home area and has a large terrace. The lovingly furnished bedrooms are each equipped with a large bed, TV and dresser. In the bathroom on the upper floor there is a rain shower and a bathtub with fantastic views. The spacious dining area in the basement with fireplace invites you to relax. And in the cold season, you can relax perfectly in the sauna! Come and discover the beach and so much more!

Modern design meets fantastic location: The 89m² apartment 'YOLO' can accommodate 2-5 people and is located in the exclusive apartment house "FIRST Sellin," which opened in 2018. The FIRST is one of the first addresses of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and is only a few meters from the main beach and the historic pier. Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

The Muscheltaucher vacation home (living space 80 square meters) is a thatched house with underfloor heating throughout the house, a fireplace and a sauna. Built in 2020. The house has upscale amenities and is tastefully and comfortably furnished. Heating and hot water are provided by a heat pump, which is powered by green electricity from EWS Schönau. My place is right behind the dune of the Baltic Sea beach of Juliusruh. You'll love my place because of the proximity to the beach, the sea view from the balcony, Wi-Fi, sauna, washing machine and dryer in the house. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families and furry friends (dogs) are also welcome.
