Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes. The huge window and west-facing rooftop terrace provide views over the roofs of the lively historic district, and delightful sunsets invite you to dream. The apartment is modern yet cozy, with many self-designed and crafted furniture pieces, complemented by a beautiful larch wood floor that harmonizes with the over a hundred-year-old roof beams. Both the bathroom with underfloor heating, a luxurious corner bathtub, and a separate shower, as well as the guest toilet with WC and urinal, are tiled with natural stone. The loft is centrally located, with most shops and many restaurants within walking distance. Atelier

A studio that is a kind of extension to the house. The architect loved chapels, so the extension became a 6-meter-high room with wooden ceiling and parquet. Sleeping place on a gallery. With a wing and garden square, perfectly furnished with style - quiet and on the edge of the forest. The S-Bahn is about a 30-minute walk, 2 km away. Ideal for cycling in the south of Munich, near Lake Starnberg. Unfortunately, it is not a good place to accommodate children. Adults only, so to speak.

Ding Dong Yurt Village

Dear people, we have made it, the first yurt village in Bavaria has opened - Stay overnight in a yurt, which are actually three individuals. We just connected them. Thus, you have 100 square meters with a terrace. We have 4 beds in each of the outer yurts, so there is space for 8 people. In the middle yurt is the common room that invites you to chill. You can cook either directly at the covered fireplace or in the wooden hut. Shower and toilet in the construction trailer.
