Cozy home surrounded by nature, near SAP

My house was built in the southern French style in 2007 and exudes vacation flair. The apartment is located in the basement, has its own entrance and small terrace area facing east. In the large room there is a kitchen, dining area and bedroom in one, but pleasantly divided. Reading material and a backgammon game for entertainment are available here as well as Netflix. A small hallway with closet and desk leads to a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. Here you will also find a bathrobe, yoga mat and utensils that you just need :-) (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, sewing kit, tampons, disposable razors, tissues, hand mirror, hair dryer). The house is surrounded by a cozy garden with plenty of seating. The large courtyard in the south is also available to my guests with a lounge group, a grill and hammock. Here you can switch off and relax in peace. I am very happy to provide information, answer questions, fetch rolls and fulfill small wishes. Rettigheim is surrounded by forest, meadows and beautiful vineyards. A baker, hairdresser, grocery store and inns can be found right in the village. You can hike to Malsch and the pilgrimage chapel on the Letzenberg, or spend the day at the gliding field, the golf course or the zoo. The beautiful Odenwald is also just a stone's throw away, or how about a romantic trip to Speyer? If you want to shop, you should definitely go to Mannheim. Rettigheim is a small village with ideal highway connections to the A5 and A6. Heidelberg, Speyer, Mannheim, Karlsruhe can be reached in 30 minutes by car. This also works well by S-Bahn every half hour from Rot/Malsch train station. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk from us around the corner. You can also ride a bike to SAP St.Leon-Rot via a direct, paved road through meadows and fields in 10-15 minutes. The surroundings are very quiet, close to nature and yet well connected to cities such as Heidelberg, Speyer, Mannheim, Sinsheim and Karlsruhe.

Cozy farm-house apartment from 1796

The apartment is suitable for 2 guests and is located in the left wing of our double-farmhouse, built around 1796. The separate entrance gives you the feeling to live in your own house. Exposed facades on the inner walls, some with glazing and colored sandstone elements lend this accommodation a special charm. Thermen & Badewelt Sinsheim, PreZero Arena of TSG 1899 Hoffenheim and technical museum Sinsheim ~ 10 min drive. The event location ‚Landgut Schloss Michelfeld‘ is a 2 minutes walk.

Black Forest eco-work house: nature, animals, birds!

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

The proximity to the museum, stadium and Palmenbad allows you to leave the car in your own parking space. The bus station is less than 100 m away, the train station about 350 m

Cosy holiday home in quiet location

Welcome to our cosy holiday home! The studio apartment is located on the ground floor of our big family house and has a separate entrance. The bedroom is big and bright with exit to the garden. In the bedroom you´ll find a king-size bed consisting of two single mattresses, a wardrobe, a dresser, a table and two couches. The small kitchen is well equipped for self-supply. Breakfast is optional for an extra charge (5€ p.P.). In the recently renovated bathroom we will provide towels.

Historic accommodation, in Kraichgauer Hügelland, on a former knight's castle, in the 900-year-old mansion. The manor house is located on a hill surrounded by a lot of nature. It sleeps wonderfully in the up to 1.6m thick walls. Simply furnished, no tv. 50 steps to the front door. Adventure mini golf course (www.adventure-golf-hohenhardt.de) 18 + 9 hole golf course, farm restaurant with terrace. Driving Range, Taster classes, green atmosphere. Heidelberg 15 min drive.

Our apartment is furnished with love for detail, has a large balcony and access to a spacious and very quiet garden, surrounded by the beautiful Kraichgau hills. Everything invites you to linger and relax, while you also have many opportunities for great day trips close by (for example Bruchsal, Karlsruhe, Bretten, Eppingen, Sinsheim, Hockenheim, Speyer, Heidelberg, or Mannheim). Guest who enjoy hiking or cycling can start great tours right from our doorstep.

Quiet 50 sqm basement apartment for rent in a beautiful and quiet residential area. The apartment is fully furnished. The bedroom is equipped with a 1.80 m wide bed. Parking is available. In 100 meters there is a bus stop to quickly get to the center. It is about 15 minutes on foot. A rental bike is available. The beautiful Kraichgau begins 350 m away. The apartment is wet cleaned with a Dolphin water vacuum after each stay.

Komfortables kleines 1 Bett-Apartment. Bestens ausgestattet für Geschäftsreisende. Selbständiger Check in ist jederzeit nach 15:00 Uhr möglich. In dem bequemen 1,60 m Bett können ein bis zwei Personen sehr gut schlafen. Das Bad befindet sich über den Flur, wird aber nur von diesem Apartment genutzt. Täglicher Zimmerservice ist inclusive.
