Family rent a nice apartment on the first floor of private house, 5 minutes walk from Old Bridge and Old Town, with beautiful view on Neretva river. The apartment is very spacious with big balcony and can accommodate up to 6 people, family or friends. It is located in traditional Bosnian narrow street called "sokak", free public parking is located next to and in upper street, 10 - 15 meters from the apartment. We will do our best to make your stay in the City "with soul" unforgettable.

The house, in which the apartment is located, is a cultural-historic preserved building, built in the XVII th. century. The accomodation unit with a private entrance presents a large and comfortable two-stories apartment with a beautifull panoramic view of the Old Town of Dubrovnik. Located just across the City Walls, accommodation is surrounded by lush garden which provides much needed privacy, plenty of space and tranquility. Includes private garage, parking is free (reservation is needed)

Old Town Villa "Carpe Diem"

Carpe Diem is an air-conditioned entire house accomodation, set among old town core 500m from everything. There are 5 floors - first floor is an entrance with wine cellar, sauna and first bathroom. Next two upper floors are open-type bedrooms, each equipped with double bed and own bathroom. The entire fourth floor is a rustic styled kitchen, and the fifth floor is an under roof loft with an additional fifth and sixth single bed and sat-tv. A Cappella is located in the Dubrovnik Old Town and can be reached from either Pile or Ploče Gates without having to take the stairs. The location is near the beautiful and famous Stradun, the main street of Dubrovnik Old Town and it is only minutes away from the most interesting historical buildings. In the apartment you will find Wi-fi, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a hairdryer, a coffee machine, a washing machine & dryer and a kitchen with dishwasher.

This is one of the oldest houses within the walls of the Old town of Dubrovnik, written documents say it has survived the Great earthquake in 1667. Down the street Od sigurate there is a monastery within there is one of the oldest small churches which dates back to 11th century (40 meters from the apartment). Main Street Stradun is just 70 meters away at the bottom of the street Od sigurate. Franciscan Monastery, Sponza palace, Orlando statue, St. Blaise's Church, Rector's Palace.
