The apartment is rented as an independent part of the house. In the other part of the house we live a family consisting of mother, father and two boys of 6 and 7 years as well as two curious dogs and a cat. One bedroom and possible possibility of bedding for smaller children. Free parking with plenty of space in front of the house. Please let me know if there are any questions.

Welcome to a lovely villa apartment on two floors in Strøby Egede. An external staircase takes you up to the apartment's spacious roof terrace and main entrance. The apartment is spread over two floors with 85 m ² on the 2nd floor and 21 m ² on the 3rd floor. On the 2nd floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed. On the 3rd floor there is a double bedroom and an extra room with a single bed. The stairs are a little steep and are less suitable for those with walking difficulties. Ceiling height on the 3rd floor is 185-200 cm.

The apartment is in a quiet residential neighborhood. There is a two-minute walk to Hornbæk Plantage. It is a dog forest and it only takes 10 minutes to walk down to the coast. Dogs are welcome, but we are old school and do not accept dogs in the bed, chair, sofa and other furniture. Your dog must be able to sleep on the floor and we are happy to provide a dog bed.
