Built in 2022, the non-smoking apartment with magnificent mountain views is located in the picturesque Walser village of Klosters-Monbiel. Cozy living room, spacious kitchen, large shower, bedroom, private seating, ski and bike room. Suitable for allergy sufferers and those sensitive to electricity thanks to memon equipment. In front of the door are the cross-country ski trail and beautiful summer and winter hiking trails. 50 m to the bus, which takes you to the center of Klosters, the train station and the Gotschnabahn in 10 minutes.

Charming studio with great views of the mountains!

Very charming, cozy studio with fantastic views of the mountains of Klosters! Thanks to its central location, the center of Klosters can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes/local bus 2 minutes. Klosters has various leisure activities that can be practiced in the summer and winter seasons. Golf course, sports center, beach, hiking/biking trails, Selfranga ski lift, ice rink and Gotschnabahn are in close proximity. From Gotschna by means of a valley descent with skis almost to the front of the house!

4.5 charming rooms with a view - 500m to gondola

Our cozy apartment with fireplace has a fantastic view on the glacier and is in a quite corner of Klosters. The Gotschna Gondola is 7 walking minutes away, as are all the restaurants and shops. The 100m2 are set up to give a spacious feeling the the high ceiling (see the charming beams?) and the combined living and dining room. The 3 bedrooms allow even bigger families or you may want to take friends along. read details carefully: its on the 3rd floor & one bedroom is small (great for kids)

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

2-room apartment on the sunny slope in Küblis

I support my parents in renting out the apartment. Most of the time I am not on site, but my parents are always at home and welcome our guests personally. Beautiful partially furnished 2-room apartment on the sunny slope of Küblis. In all rooms, there is a new floor with underfloor heating as well as a completely new bathroom. The small apartment is very simple but nice. The apartment is integrated into the single-family house in a sunny and quiet location. Large parking space available.

Peace, sun, country and nature. Very close to pure action!

"Saas, where the sun shines longer" Located on a sunny slope, in the middle of Prättigau. Idyllic, quiet Walser settlement. From Landquart in twenty minutes to Saas. Twenty minutes to Davos. In between is Klosters with two ski resorts, Gotschna with connection to Parsenn. Madrisa on the sunny slope with toboggan run to Saas, almost at your doorstep. Welcome to Klosters! Enjoy the close proximity to the golf course, Vereina Tunnel, and Selfranga ski lift. Winter guests appreciate being near the "Schöni" valley run of the Davos Parsenn ski area. The bus takes you to the Gotschna & Madrisa ski areas or the cross-country ski trails. The studio features charming decor, a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area, and Wi-Fi. Fresh bed linens and towels are provided. This is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.

Centrally located 3 1/2 room apartment (105m2), only 10 minutes walk from the valley station Gotschna and shopping facilities. 2 free parking spaces. Two rooms, 4 sleeping places, 2 bathrooms, a spacious dining and living area and a great equipped kitchen. Outside there is a table with chairs and comfortable chairs for all sun worshippers in summer and winter. The bus stop in both directions (Madrisa, Klosters Platz) is located directly in front of the house.
