Your own vacation home on the lake - get out...

In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Spacious apartment in the Fischerhaus Havelberg

The former fisherman's house is an old half-timbered house from 1775 (cultural monument) and is located on the southern slope of the Domberg. The special thing about this house is the building materials. Only natural building materials such as wood, clay, lime, brick, hemp lime insulation and lime terrazzo floors were used. The house is open to diffusion and ensures an excellent indoor climate. From here you have a beautiful view over the Havelauen to the south and to the north on the vineyard.

Sunset lodge - Apartment a half-timbered house

Enjoy your stay in our lovely apartment at the outskirts of Stendal. The Apartment consists of a small kitchen, bathroom, living room with sleeper couch and a bedroom with additional work desk. It is located in the second floor of our building with separate entrance. As the house is almost 200 years old, the stairs are quite steep, though. Parking is available on the property. The next bus stop is just 100m away, with direct connections to the train station. A public playground is nearby.

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer 120 Jahre alten Backstein-Remise. Sie hat freien Blick nach Süden ins Havelland. Im Erdgeschoss ist eine Wohnküche mit Schlafsofa, Terrasse und eigenem Garten. Im ersten Stock das Schlafzimmer, ein Balkon mit Panoramablick und das Badezimmer mit einladender Dusche. Fläche (ohne Aussenanlagen): 40qm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Preis inbegriffen. Das anliegende Loft (45 qm) kann dazu gemietet werden. Dort können 3 weitere Personen unterkommen.

Relax in this quiet, stylish accommodation. The apartment is about 85 m² and lovingly furnished. From the kitchen there is a large terrace that leads directly into the greenery via an open staircase. During the summer months, our pool can also be used by our guests. The cities of Tangermünde, Stendal, Arneburg are easy to reach at only about 15 km each. A self-service market is 1.5 km away and a train station is 2 km away. Stag parties, company parties or similar are not welcome.

In Schweinrich on the motorboat-free Dranser See lies the romantic vacation home "Landlust" with an idyllic large garden, only 100 meters from the swimming area. There is a boathouse with its own jetty. Canoe, kayaks and sailing dinghy (sailing skills required) can be rented. The former Bismarck estate house, built in 1770 and completely renovated in 2009, is an ideal place for vacations and also workation - for working and relaxing. The stylishly furnished separate apartment (155 sqm) with private entrance, underfloor heating, antique tiled stove, a workplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a hot tub next to the apartment's own terrace as well as a sauna cottage in the extensive park offers the possibility of a varied break in every season.

Our lovingly converted construction trailer is located directly on the Havel near Rathenow. As a family, we are expanding a historic three-sided farm into a regional farm, soon with vacation rentals, farm shop, farm café, event location and co-working space. On the site of a former brick factory, the “Albertinenhof” is to be a place for recreation, nature experience and education. Get to know the project during your stay or simply enjoy the nature and star park.

Welcome to Tangermünde. The vacation rental is located in a vacation home with 2 other vacation rentals. The old town of Tangermünde with all its sights, cafes, restaurants and shops is only a few minutes' walk away (about 400 m). In addition, you will find the harbor promenade, the Tangier and the Elbe wetlands in the immediate vicinity (about 300 m). Our apartment is the ideal base for exploring the old town of Tangermünde and the Elbe landscape.

The Rooms with a View apartment sits with unobstructed views of the Havel River and Naturpark Westhavelland, a nature reserve and bird sanctuary.
