A house on the lake between Berlin & Potsdam

This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private rooms to private individuals. Not to companies and fitters - please refrain from bookings that are not for yourself. Our vacation apartment is located directly on the lake, is renovated and equipped to a very high specification (approx. 90 square meters). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a CABINET sliding door. (No noise insulation - therefore not very soundproof). Mooring for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin city sign. To Wannsee train station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you can reach the main train station (Berlin) in 17 minutes. Please don't bring dogs. On TV there is an Amazon Fire TV Stick with movies in German and English. Lake, Wi-Fi, email or cell phone Everything is within walking distance: 3 parks, restaurants, grocery stores, theaters, tram and night bus in front of the door, bus stop 300 m,

Artist in Residence- House with Garden

This beautiful little house is at times my working studio and at times it gives place to artists or non-artists who are looking for a quiet place to work or a quiet place to draw back or to come back to in the evening! It is a walk-down studio, which is very light because of the skylight in the middle of the room. Cafés, restaurants, stores and supermarkeds are all around. Public transportation is great and in walking distance. Coming out of the quiet backyard, the streets are very lifely.

This spacious country home with its lovely garden is only 150 metres from lake Schwielowsee in the picturesque Havelland area west of Berlin. At the same time you are only a 30 minute car ride away from the Ku'damm, the main shopping area in West Berlin. Perfect to combine relaxation in the garden or around the lake and a visit to vibrating Berlin! It's a treat even in the winter - staying by the fireplace, looking into the garden... You live in a converted stable building with a living area of 115 sqm on our lovingly renovated Dreiseitenhof. Our small village is located in the beautiful Brandenburg Havelland, just outside the gates of Berlin. We are only 30 minutes away by car from the city center of Berlin's Spandau district. Came to stay.

The vacation home in Berlin was completely renovated and redesigned in 2020 within just seven months with the support of trend architect Jürgen Krüger! In the approx. 130 square meters, up to 10 people can stay on two floors. The entire house has separate air conditioning, WiFi & satellite TV in each living room and bedroom. We hope that with the renovations we have found a cozy and warm interior design style and that there is something for all ages!
