This 180-sm, 6-room apartment (featuring 5 bedrooms) is located on first floor of a building in Grafenwöhr that was renovated in 2022. All windows are fitted with insect screens and electric roller shutters. Free Wi-Fi and a landline telephone (for domestic calls) are provided. The living room is equipped with a SAT-TV and a stereo system. The kitchen features a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. There are two bathrooms, each with a toilet, sink, and shower.

The attic apartment has 2 rooms and a bathroom. Passage through corridor on 2nd floor. For furnishings, see photos. The washing machine in the bathroom on the 2nd floor can also be used. My house is located on the edge of a village overlooking the beautiful, very close nature. Oberbibrach is 25 km south of Bayreuth (Richard Wagner Festival, university, beer city, a lot of culture, Lohengrin spa), 80 km east of Nuremberg, 30 km west of the Fichtel Mountains, 50 km west of the Czech border.

The vacation home offers plenty of space and has been lovingly furnished. The spacious glass fronts provide light-flooded rooms and allow a beautiful view of the countryside. Due to the proximity to many attractions such as the summer toboggan run, devil's cave, climbing forests and wildlife parks, it is a nice place to stay for families, but also ideal for climbers, hikers and nature lovers. Nuremberg and Bayreuth can be reached in about 35 minutes by car, Bamberg in about 45 minutes.
