Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft mit grandioser Aussicht! Gemütlich und stylisch wohnen im komplett sanierten historischen Altbau mit modernen Elementen. Zwei reguläre Schlafplätze (Doppelbett 160x200cm) Es gibt zwei Not-Schlafplätze (2 Sofas mit 60x180cm, keine Verdunkelung) im Wohnbereich mit Panoramafenster. Keine Handtücher! Der Garten gehört nicht zum Airbnb Apartment. Leider keine Küche.(Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine+Geschirr ist vorhanden)

Different nationalities live in the residential complex. 59 residential units are located on the outskirts, not in the center. The forest begins about 100 m behind the house. Wonderful hiking area, ideal for hikers and cyclists. Ideal for climbing enthusiasts. Some of the neighbors work in Auerbach. After work, it may happen that the neighbors listen to music that is a little louder. Talk to the people. If it's too loud for my guests, I have earplugs ready.
