Lovely vintage condo for two close to Wörthersee

A tranquil place of residence established by the owners in a way so that its unique features, connecting it to the 1970s & 80s, were best preserved. We do hope the place will be as appealing to you as it is to us. The condo is located at the western edge of the city of Klagenfurt and, lucky you, at short walking distance to the Eastern Bay of the Lake. You fancy a quick swim, breakfast on the loggia, stroll along the channel connecting the Lake and the City? Good news, you got it all!

For rent is an approximately 100m2 apartment on the 1st floor of a 2 family house in a quiet beautiful location. Parking in front of the accommodation. Furthermore, there is a 12m x 1.5m balcony with great views of the surroundings. All shops (Spar, Hofer, Billa, shoes, clothing, hardware store) all within 800m. To the city arcades and downtown 3.7km. To the beach Klagenfurt at the Wörthersee about 7km. Bus connection 350m. Smoking allowed, but only on the balcony ! GAYFRIENDLY !!

By car, it's about 10 minutes to Lake Wörthersee. You'll love my place because of the bright spaces. It is located in the center of the city and has friendly neighbors.
