Die großzügige Terrasse mit Kugelgrill, Hängesessel und Sitzgarnitur lädt zu gemütlichen Stunden ein, während ein Sprung in den 1.5m tiefen, beheizten Infinity-Pool für Erfrischung zwischen durch sorgt (Poolnutzung Mai-Sept). Das Anwesen befindet sich in ruhiger, naturnaher Lage - fußläufig zum neuen Stadtteil Hubland mit Uni-Campus.

Ο χώρος είναι ανακαινισμένος με πολύ φροντίδα και προσήλωση στις ανάγκες μιας οικογένειας. Ο κήπος με την παιδική χαρά είναι κοινόχρηστος και βρίσκεται πίσω από το διαμέρισμα ! Ιδανικό μέρος για οικογενειακές διακοπές λόγω του πλήρους εξοπλισμού. Βρεφική κούνια, καθίσμα φαγητού, παιδική πολυθρόνα και κάθισμα μπάνιου είναι στον εξοπλισμό του σπιτιού. Η στάση λεωφορείου είναι 2 λεπτά από το διαμέρισμα. Χώρος στάθμευσης χωρίς επιβαρύνσεις σε δημόσιο χώρο.

Our family dog (Golden Retriever) Isa is looking forward to nice guests.

Auf dem großzügigen Südbalkon mit Blick ins Grüne schmeckt das Frühstück richtig gut oder auch der fränkische Wein aus der Region zum Abendausklang! Mainstockheim liegt im Maindreieck zwischen Dettelbach und Kitzingen und direkt am Mainradweg im schönen fränkischen Weinland.
