"Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Haus Obernauer is located 800 meters high in a quiet residential area at the foot of the Hahnenkamm, the local mountain of Kitzbühel, where the famous Hahnenkamm race of the Streif takes place every year. The distance to the valley station of the gondola lift can also be reached directly via the nearby ski slope. Cross-country ski trail in the immediate vicinity It is approx. 10 minutes' walk. Dazu ein Flachbildschirm Fernsehgerät und für Ihre Getränke ein kleiner Kühlschrank sowie Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toast, alles bereit für ein gelungenes Frühstück. Die Lage ist im Zentrum von Kitzbühel, man braucht kein Auto um Restaurants, Nachtlokale oder die Skilifte zu Fuß zu erreichen. WLAN frei, Nichtraucher, keine Haustiere.

Der Bahnhof liegt ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt....Rodelbahn und Dorfloipe sind beleuchtet. Im Haus sind Ski- und Radabstellplätze sowie eine Terrasse vorhanden.

The apartment is on the first floor of our house. The living area is approximately 44 square meters big and is split in a residential kitchen, bedroom and shower / toilet ( third 3rd person may sleep on the sofa bed). From the balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountain "Gaisberg". In addition there are satellite TV with radio, wireless, and the ski room with boot dryer.
