This inn is also popular with people who are interested in traditional Japanese culture or enthusiasts of anime such as Ganjing Blade and Naruto.It is an old house, but everything has been renovated so that guests can have a comfortable stay. It can be used extensively for families and groups of one to 10 people.(The price will not change for up to 3 people) [Best hospitality not found in other guesthouses] The living room with a converted rice warehouse has a large 60-inch TV (you can watch Netflix, etc.) and a massage chair, so all guests can relax. There are also toys for children, so please use it as a playroom as well. Nishimura Residence is an old-fashioned Nara-machiya that has been standing on a piece of Nara-machi for more than 100 years. I was a “grandmother” for a long time when I was a child. In Nara Town, there is a pleasant despicable feeling that never changes. "I want to be filled with this pleasant contempt even for future generations." With that in mind, I took care of the empty Nishimura Residence. - Nishimura-Tei is originally a traditional Japanese house which has been here in Nara-machi town over 100 years, where my grandmother used to live in. My mother and I decided to renovate this house to preserve and pass down the virtue of good old days in Japan to the next generation as well as to show it to you.

This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts. Our guesthouse is located in the old town called Nara-machi. There used to be many traditional wooden townhouses known as Machiya. We restored Machiya while keeping the original structure in order to provide you with a traditional Japanese experience with local atmosphere.This house is for only private use and has only one floor with Japanese style room, shower room, washroom, sink and small garden.
