Zur Tal Station des Lifts benötigen Sie 3 Gehminuten, gleich weit ist der Bus-Stop entfernt, der Sie in nur wenigen Minuten zum Lift des Berges Maierl bzw. zur Gondelbahn Fleckalm bringt. Von hier aus kommen Sie dann in das grosse Ski Resort der Kitzbüheler Alpen. Im Sommer ist der wunderschön angelegte Kirchberger Badesee über einen kurzen Spaziergang zu erreichen. Wandern starten Sie am besten faktisch vor dem Haus. Bike Trails finden sich sowohl am Gaisberg als auch an der Fleckalm. Unweit gibt es bereits kleinere Lokale und Restaurants von tirolerisch, über italienisch bis hin zum Steakhouse.
