A small apartment for rent is located in a garden of a patinaed civil bath villa surrounding the park, which has a separate entrance. The historic city center, main square, pedestrian street, and Festetics Castle are all within a few hundred meters. The beach and the City Beach are about 300 meters away, separated by a cooler walk just through the park.

The yard is private, with the possibility of parking inside. In the staircase there are 2 flats on each floor. In the flat you can enter the rooms from the hall. Children's room with a pull-out sofa and a baby crib, kitchen, toilet, bathroom, guestroom with double bed, TV, wardrobe.

Nice spacious and luminous vacation house ten walking minutes away from lake Balaton. Within the house, there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub) and a spacious living room. There is a TV, a big cozy couch and an adjacent kitchen with a dining table. Outside, there is a generous roofed terrace. In the garden, there is a barbecue with a wok available.
