The apartment is on the 2nd floor above the former Dutch customs office directly on the border with Germany. Due to the location on a ridge, you have a wonderful view far into Germany from the rose-covered rooms and the roof terrace. The Limburg hills can also be seen and invite you to take a day trip. The "Nieuwstraat/Neustraße" with its border in the middle, which is well known far beyond the region, can be followed over its entire length.

Apartment with a natural ambiance

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via an external staircase. There is also a small terrace that can be used. The interior walls are plastered with clay plaster, the floor is laid with plank boards. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. Public transport (bus and train) is very close. A regular connection to Aachen, Herzogenrath or the Netherlands can be reached in a 10-15 minute walk.
