This Tiny House, lovingly built by the owners themselves, is uniquely located on the water (a canal) in the green outskirts of Spaarnwoude. The perfect combination of space, nature and proximity to the cities of Amsterdam and Haarlem. On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with a toilet and shower, and a dining area. There is a terrace on the jetty outside. On the first floor, there is a double bed and a sofa, where you can enjoy the special view over the canal.

In the middle of the dunes of Zuid-Kennemerland nature park, 300m from the beach, lies this spacious vacation home with unobstructed sea views. Warm yourself by the wood-burning stove after a long beach walk or enjoy the setting sun from the front terrace. From the balcony by the bedroom, you can see the sun rise in the morning above the dune landscape, where deer can often be seen. The house is spacious, has 2.5 floors and has all the comforts. There is a shared swimming pool + sauna.

The apartment is in the middle of the Kennemerduinen, with an unobstructed view of the dunes, the beach and the sea at the front. At the back, the apartment overlooks the dunes, where you can regularly see deer. The beautiful, wide beach is a 1-minute walk away, excellent for long walks or letting your dog run, kite surfing or just enjoying a bite or drink at a beach tent. In the evening, you can enjoy the sunsets from the balcony.

On the wooden terrace you can enjoy the fantastic view and the beautiful sunset. The cottage is attractively furnished, has a very comfortable box spring, a separate bedroom, a shower and a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and refrigerator.

Due to the location, you can be in Amsterdam, Haarlem or on the beach in no time. For example, take a lovely bike or walking tour through the dunes or go shopping in Haarlem or Amsterdam. Upon return, you can relax in the Finnish sauna.
