Nice peaceful centrally located duplex that is occupied year round in the bottom. The rental is upstairs. The home has 3 beds-1 bath, living room , sofa bed and bunk beds, kitchen, that has a fridge, microwave, stove, coffee maker, and table. Washer & dryer and 2 freezers. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home 20 minutes to Kasilof & Kenai rivers and a little over an hour to get to Homer and Seward. The house will sleep 4-6 people comfortably.

The Alyeska Resort and it's new Nordic Spa are located 1.3 miles away on a bike path. The Bungalow is a studio home located in a quiet area. It has a well stocked kitchen, a queen bed, a convertible chair, suitable for a small person, bathroom with tub and shower. No pets.

There's beds enough to bring a family or two, but it's also cozy enough for a couple looking for a romantic time. Note: Couch was updated to the grey sectional. Dogs are only allowed in garage.
