Modern, newly renovated, quiet and fully equipped one-room apartment in a very good location. In addition, I offer two bicycles, which can be used by you free of charge. The bathroom is large and the kitchenette is separated from the sleeping area. On foot it is only about 15 minutes to the old town, you walk relaxed along the river. There is free parking. In the fully equipped kitchenette there are two plates as well as a microwave with baking function.

There is also a bus connection, five minutes walking distance from the apartment. The property is in a very quiet location perfectly between nature (Kreuzberg with hiking opportunities) and proximity to the city. It is well equipped for a short or weekend trip. My place is nice for couples. Solo adventurers and business travelers.
