Baroque apartment at the Old Town Hall 1

A very special apartment in a dream location with a view of Bamberg Town Hall, stylishly furnished with antiques. The front building was erected in 1530, and the water-side building followed in 1640. Originally a half-timbered house that was plastered during the Baroque period in the 17th century. The façade was restored in May 2026 with great attention to detail and now shines again in all its glory next to the town hall. The house was bought by my grandparents in 1968. Before that, it had been a pharmacy for 200 years.

In the small wooden house surrounded by half-timbered houses in the quiet village center, you can relax and enjoy the nature of nearby Franconian Switzerland. The loft-like ecological wooden construction makes the apartment unique. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove. There is also underfloor heating in the bathroom and adjoining room. In the secluded garden area, a sauna, cold water shower with bathtub, sun loungers and dining area are at your disposal. The surroundings entice with numerous outdoor activities.

We welcome you to a lovingly renovated 2-room apartment (75m2) with bathroom, in an old farm building built in 1790. The apartment is furnished with modern heating, WiFi, Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Old and new things have been used, always with the idea of ​​whether you need it or not. There are also things there that are just beautiful. Since we are in Franconia, we are greeted with 2 bottles of regional beer. To Bamberg about 10 minutes. See you soon !!

My vacation home Garden Joy Apartment

Here you can experience the best of two worlds: the unique charm of bygone times and the comfort of modern furnishings. The quiet apartment is located in Dörfleins, a district of Hallstadt in the district of Bamberg. Bamberg city is accessible by car (approx. 20 min), bicycle (approx. 30 min) or the city bus (weekdays during the day every hour). On foot it takes about 1 1/2 hours. Our location is suitable for cycling or hiking around Bamberg. The heater is available from approx. October until the end of April. In the transitional period, the stove may be heated (wood is of course available)

Newly renovated, modern apartment + bikes

Modern, newly renovated, quiet and fully equipped one-room apartment in a very good location. In addition, I offer two bicycles, which can be used by you free of charge. The bathroom is large and the kitchenette is separated from the sleeping area. On foot it is only about 15 minutes to the old town, you walk relaxed along the river. There is free parking. In the fully equipped kitchenette there are two plates as well as a microwave with baking function.

Our modern apartment, approx. 40 m², is suitable for 1-2 people and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. This is located in our house with a separate entrance in the back. In just a few meters you have a bus connection to the World Heritage city of Bamberg. Uphill you can also enjoy the tranquility, with beautiful hiking routes on the Kreuzberg.
