Within walking distance in 10-12 minutes to the main train station and in 15-20 minutes to the pedestrian zone. 250 m to the bus stop, 350 m to the nearest EDEKA and Lidl. The apartment is rented and prepared for one person as standard. If you want to come as a couple, please also book for 2 people. No pets allowed in the apartment. Quiet basement apartment with cozy winter garden and direct access to the forest. In our fully equipped, pet-friendly apartment we look forward to visitors of our beautiful hometown Hann. Münden. The direct access to the forest invites you for hiking and relaxing walks. Along the three rivers there are great bike routes. The historic old town (20 min) and shopping facilities (5 min) are also within walking distance. Free parking is available on the street.

The newly renovated, comfortable studio is on the ground floor of a traditional half-timbered house (Fachwerkhaus). It offers about 32.00 square meters of living / dining room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, a small fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The studio can be occupied by 1-4 people. Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure good lighting and an attractive view of the quiet, green garden, in which there is a separate seat that belongs to the studio.

Feel-good loft in the heart of Kassel

Whether you are looking for something for your business stay or an oasis of peace, this apartment will make your stay special! It is new, almost unused, furnished with a lot of love for detail & centrally located between the two train stations and the city center. You are in no time at the tram stop, in the city center, in the Auepark or in the lively Friedrich-Ebert-Straße. The view from the balcony via the treetops of Kassel on the Hercules will be amazed:)

Open, modern, close to nature

Whether a walk through the Kaufunger Wald, Königsalm or the beautiful Kaufunger city center. The apartment offers the perfect starting point for everything. Car is absolutely not necessary thanks to the connections to Kassel or towards Hessian Lichtenau. You have a separate balcony at your disposal and can use the garden and terrace with all amenities. The fireplace is currently defective. Recently, a guest moved it so that the pipes are leaking.
