Our apartment with garden is located in the historic center of Oberkaufungen and directly on a walking and cycling path. It is located in a half-timbered house with a view of the collegiate church and the Kaufung Forest. The tram to Kassel takes about 10 minutes. The apartment is well suited for a family of 4, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds. In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker and toaster). Pets are welcome by arrangement and cost 1x 10 euros more.

Unser Apartment Three bietet Ihnen einem besonderes Erlebnis. Ein Wohlfühlbad mit Oberlicht, ein offener Schlafbereich und ein Wohnbereich mit Küche wird Ihnen die Zeit bei uns angenehm machen. Zwei Flat TV und W-LAN stehen zur Verfügung, Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich im Erdgeschoss. Ein Parkplatz ist kostenfrei. Unser Haus ist im Stadtteil Bettenhausen gelegen, die Innenstadt erreichen Sie in wenigen Minuten. Eine Buslinie fährt 200m vor dem Haus. Welcome in Appart Three.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air, a free spirit and are open to guests. The bakery with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and timeless comfort is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophise, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

Ankommen und wohlfühlen.....wir würden uns freuen, Dich in unserer 85m² großen und hellen Ferienwohnung im Obergeschoss unseres Hauses, als unseren Gast begrüßen zu dürfen. Direkt am Kaufunger Wald gelegen und mit einer sehr guten Anbindung zur Dokumentastadt Kassel erreichst Du von hier alle Wander- und Radwege rund um Kaufungen und seiner Region. Am Abend kannst Du auf dem Balkon den herrlichen Sonnenuntergang mit einem fantastischen Ausblick in die Natur genießen.

The newly renovated, comfortable studio is on the ground floor of a traditional half-timbered house (Fachwerkhaus). It offers about 32.00 square meters of living / dining room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, a small fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The studio can be occupied by 1-4 people. Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure good lighting and an attractive view of the quiet, green garden, in which there is a separate seat that belongs to the studio.

This light-flooded unit offers you a cozy bedroom, an inviting living room with a flexible stacking bed that can be arranged individually, as well as a bathroom with shower and window. In the small kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare a small meal. Please note that the roof slope in the kitchen may be a bit uncomfortable for tall people when washing dishes.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
