Incredible Views from a Poolside Oasis

Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Modern luxury villa with sea views near Split. The villa is equipped with beautiful and sophisticated furniture, a sauna and a gym. The villa has beautiful sea views. The location of the villa is between the beautiful cities of Split and Trogir. On the ground floor you will find a modern kitchen, an open living room, a sauna, a gym and a guest toilet. On the first floor there are 5 bedrooms with their own bathroom. The outdoor area consists of a swimming pool, a patio with sun loungers and an outdoor dining room.

Charming villa with big garden and private pool. Complete privacy all around the house, great for relaxing and enjoying the sun by the pool. Villa has 2 floors, 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living room. On upper floor we have rooms with nice balcony with a beautiful view at sea .On ground floor is kitchen/living room,bathroom, and outside you'll enjoy terrace with natural shade. WiFi internet connection, Air conditioning, all kitchen and washing machines are free to use.

Holiday house above Split with peaceful holiday retreat. House offers privacy and intimacy with breathtaking panoramic view. The house is build a month ago, set on 600 m2 (outdoor) with a beautiful garden, sunny terrace with jacuzzi and sunbeds and amazing view of the sea and Split and a big swimming pool. Indoor it offers 380 m2 on 2 floors, with 4 bedrooms, dining room, living room with modern technology and wi-fi. There is also a space where you can exercise (gym) and a pool table.

Old town is only 10 min away along most beautiful waterfront Promenade. The nearest beach and beach bar are 200 m away. Park forest, Sustipan waterfront park and ACI Yacht harbour are only 300 m away. Private garage for your car is 70 m away from your property. In front of the Villa most of the time there are parking spots free of charge 😊
