Incredible Views from a Poolside Oasis

Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Charming villa with big garden and private pool. Complete privacy all around the house, great for relaxing and enjoying the sun by the pool. Villa has 2 floors, 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living room. On upper floor we have rooms with nice balcony with a beautiful view at sea .On ground floor is kitchen/living room,bathroom, and outside you'll enjoy terrace with natural shade. WiFi internet connection, Air conditioning, all kitchen and washing machines are free to use.

The villa is on two floors, connected by internal stairs. On the ground floor there is a living room with exit and pool view, kitchen with exit to a covered outdoor bbq ,a bathroom, and room an en suite bathroom On the second floor are 3 rooms, a gallery overlooking the sky and the bathroom. Outside there is a pool, a sunbathing area, a shower, a jacuzzi and trampoline. The house has 4 parking spaces, Split is 16km, airport 3km, Trogir 13km, beach very near,Bus, pharmacy, market, bakery 100m.

This is a perfect villa for those who want to enjoy peace and quiet but still 5 to 10 minutes walk to the beach and to the center of tipical Dalmatian village where you can find restaurants, supermarkets, coffe shops, bars and market.Villa has been renovated and everything is new,beds, showers,bbg,heated pool,kitchen aplliances,air condition. The house is perfectly located, just 30 min car drive, from national park Krka with beautifull waterfalls and 3 UNESCO cities Sibenik, Trogir and Split.

Holiday house above Split with peaceful holiday retreat. House offers privacy and intimacy with breathtaking panoramic view. The house is build a month ago, set on 600 m2 (outdoor) with a beautiful garden, sunny terrace with jacuzzi and sunbeds and amazing view of the sea and Split and a big swimming pool. Indoor it offers 380 m2 on 2 floors, with 4 bedrooms, dining room, living room with modern technology and wi-fi. There is also a space where you can exercise (gym) and a pool table.

Old town is only 10 min away along most beautiful waterfront Promenade. The nearest beach and beach bar are 200 m away. Park forest, Sustipan waterfront park and ACI Yacht harbour are only 300 m away. Private garage for your car is 70 m away from your property. In front of the Villa most of the time there are parking spots free of charge 😊
