The house has a private heated swimming pool, air condition (cooling and heating), free wi-fi, smart cable tv, private parking and is a short drive away from all the main tourist and historic attractions of Istria. Since 2024, the house has its own power plant, so it is energy self - sustaining.

The pool is for your private use and there are two parking spaces available. The main road is far away so that you have no noise. Beaches can be reached in a short time. Many restaurants are in the area and a small market is also within walking distance.
