Blacksmith's workshop

In ancient times, the house was a blacksmith's workshop with his small adjacent home. Recently renovated in a contemporary style, it has become a two-story residence of about 80 square meters. On the ground floor is the living area with the dining table, kitchen, bathroom and a wine pantry, reached by a wooden staircase with staggered steps. A second black iron staircase leads to the intermediate mezzanine where the study is organized. The balustrade becomes the worktop and overlooks the double height. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom. The floors are in resin-coated concrete and part with tiles in recycled cement paste; the upper floor is finished with parquet. Particularly unique are the vintage furnishings, the lighting of the rooms and the contemporary art paintings by a young Sicilian artist-designer. The house is equipped with winter and summer air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV and dishwasher. A few kilometers away is the beach of Porto Palo (Blue Flag) with the possibility of boat trips, ultralight flights and bike rentals. Nearby, less than a 25-minute drive, you can play golf at the beautiful Golf Verdura Resort. The most important archaeological sites of Sicily are easily reachable: Selinunte (15 minutes), Cave di Cusa (25 minutes), Segesta (45 minutes), Eraclea Minoa (40 minutes) and Agrigento and "Scala dei Turchi" (50 minutes) To visit: the city of Sciacca, Sambuca di Sicilia (Borgo più bello d'Italia 2016), the Literary Park of Tomasi di Lampedusa in Santa Margherita (15 minutes), the "Cretto di Burri" in Gibellina (30 minutes), the Stagnone di Marsala (Mothia), the Saline and the city of Trapani, Erice (all about 60 minutes by car) The city is well connected to Palermo's Falcone Borsellino and Trapani Birgi airports, both within an hour's drive.

1st floor apartment very close to the sea in the center

A comfortable and very pleasant stay awaits you in an apartment on the first floor with independent entrance, bedroom, with air conditioning and ceiling fan, private bathroom, full kitchen, washing machine, fridge and terrace with relaxation corner. The apartment is accessed from the courtyard which is the only thing in common with the floor below, where there is another inhabited apartment. The house is 150 meters from the beach and 500 meters from the center where there are bars, restaurants and shops.

From our garden, Amazing view over the temples (the largest archaeological park in Europe) and the sea. The home, about 60 square meters, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen. The house is equipped with a large outdoor pergola, with barbecue, suitable for outdoor lunches and dinners. Independent entrance, parking space and garden.

A beautiful litte country house in the Riserva naturale del Belice in South-West Sicily, between Menfi and the Greek temples of Selinunte. Surrounded by typical mediterranean vegetation, vineyards and olive groves with amazing sea view and at a 10-minute walk from beautiful wild beaches. Off the beaten track. Peaceful and quiet, but also good location for trips to Palermo, Trapani, Agrigento, etc. Several good restaurants and options to taste local wines in the neighbourhood.

A completely renovated former fishermen's dwelling in the heart of Mazara del Vallo's beautiful historic centre. There is a small inner courtyard where one can relax and eat outside amidst the singing of the Muezzin and the scent of jasmine. The location is very central for the beaches, restaurants, station, etc.. Mazara is easily reached from the airports of Trapani and Palermo. Bicycles are available for guests to get around the city. There is an equipped kitchenette.

From this apartment you have everything in Mazara within a few minutes of walking The whole building was renovated in 2015. We have bikes for rent.
