There's a travel cot and a high chair for the little ones in the family. There are no neighbors near the cottage – here you can enjoy the silence and privacy. Start your day with morning coffee on the terrace overlooking the lake. You just listen to the birds singing. Nature's peace surrounds you. Furry friends are welcome.

House in Kyyjärvi, 400m to the beach

Affordable accommodation with basic amenities (electricity, water, air heat pump, wood sauna, washing machine, toilet). Walking distance to the beach and you can borrow the canoe if you want. The house has 2 double beds, 1 narrow bed, and 2 sofa beds for two. An atmospheric and suitably modest house with an upper and lower floor. The yard building has a wood-burning sauna, shower and washing machine. Shopping mall Paletti 2.9 km away (e.g. Onnibus stops there). Suitable for business travelers. (Work crews are welcome.) Pets allowed.

Small sauna cabin with its own beach, ‘Hyväntahtonen’

A small and modest beach cottage is located about 2 km from the main road, on the border of Pihtipudas and Viitasaari. Sauna, swim and relax, even along the way, or stay longer! You can stay in the cabin on the loft and in the living room. Air heat pump and fireplace. Wood-fired sauna. Tap water is potable. A clean outdoor toilet in an outbuilding with a new ecological and hygienic flushing toilet seat. You have a gas grill and a rowboat at your disposal. The basic reservation includes a double bed for two people.

Kukonranta is a cozy log cabin located in Saarijärvi, on the shore of Lake Kiminginjärvi. In its atmospheric milieu, it is nice to spend time in peace or a weekend with friends. Kukonranta has everything you need for a relaxing cottage stay. In the courtyard there is a main cabin with a sheltered glazed terrace and next to it a smaller cabin with additional sleeping space. In the wood-heated yard sauna, you can take a pleasant sauna, after which you can dive from the natural sandy beach into the lake to swim.

New wilderness cabin in the peace of its own peninsula

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation at the tip of your own lake cove and peninsula. Kivijärvi is Finland's 30th largest, largely wilderness and fish-rich lake. Nearby is also Salamajärvi National Park with hiking trails and services of different levels. This small but really functional place for a small family vacation or telecommuting by the beautiful scenery and tranquility. Still, the services are close in two directions, Kivijärvi center about 15 min and Kinnula 20 min.

The cottage sits on the peaceful shores of Lake Kivijärvi with evening sun and a relaxing natural setting. The main cottage sleeps 8 with three bedrooms and a sofa bed, bathroom, utility room, kitchen, two toilets, and good storage. The sauna cabin sleeps 6. Comforts include a dishwasher, washing machine, drying cabinet, induction stove, Wi‑Fi, and municipal water. An EV charger is available. A rowing boat with a 6 hp motor is included, and a 150 hp boat can be rented with a separate agreement.

Idyllic summer cottage by the lake

Get the real cabin feel and unplug! Includes two rowboats + SUP board. Use of the sauna for an additional fee of 50€/stay. A two-story summer cottage with a larger group or more families staying overnight. Electricity is available and tap water is supplied to the water point in the yard, from which clean water and washing water for the sauna and the cabins are carried. The yard is lawn. From the dock it is easy to dive into the water, the beach is suitable for swimming and partly sandy.

Welcome to Vimpeli on Lake Sääksjärvi! Come and enjoy my cozy little cabin, perfect for both business travelers and vacationers. Suitable for year-round use, the cabin offers a peaceful environment on the shore of Lake Sääksjärvi, only seven kilometers from the center of Vimpeli. Relax in the wood-fired sauna and cool off on the glass-enclosed terrace. There is also a large yard, a shallow beach and a charcoal/wood-fired grill. Sheets, towels, and final cleaning are included.

Villa Kotiniemi

Villa Kotiniemi is a wonderful destination for a relaxing cottage holiday, but also for active activities if you wish. In summer, you can go to the lake by rowboat or paddleboard. In summer, Kivijärvi village also has great outdoor activities; a full-length frisbee golf course, a brand new mini-golf course and fitness stairs. For winter holidays, ski trails leave almost from the yard, snowmobile trails 20 m away, and a children's sledding hill with a rope lift 700 m away.

Aspen cottage - a cozy and traditional cottage

Cozy and tidy traditional cottage on the southern shore of the clear-watered Lake Pyhäjärvi. The cottage was built in the 70s and has always been well taken care of. Numerous guests have spent memorable vacations there and have always returned on their vacation. The cottage is built right on the shore of the lake and the beach is also safe for children to swim. In the acclaimed sauna, you can get a good sauna with a wood-fired stove.
