Kermikhuset is located 30 km south of Copenhagen, 500 m to beach/forest and 1.9 km to train station. The home is a self-contained apartment of 60 m2 on the first floor, with a lovely secluded south facing roof terrace. The home consists of kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom, 2 bedrooms with linens, the one with double bed and wardrobes and the other slightly smaller with 2 single beds with shared footing ideal for children, or for those who want to wicker toes. Ideal for a romantic getaway or for the young family.

Relax in this cozy cottage, just 300 meters from a fantastic beach. The house has a fenced garden with terraces to the south, east and west. There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. This newly renovated apartment for max 2 adults is perfect both for those who commute or as a holiday home. Includes 1 living room as well as 1 bedroom. It is located in the middle of the shopping street and just a 2-minute walk from the station, from where you can easily get to both Køge and Copenhagen. If you go the other way, it's a 10 minute walk down to our lovely sandy beach. Free parking at the station. In the summer, sometimes noise from the street can be expected at night

Annex close to forest, beach, Kbh

The annex contains: 1 small bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. 1 living room with 1 large sofa, where 1-2 people can sleep. 1 small kitchenette with refrigerator, 2 hotplates and microwave. 1 very small toilet with shower. The annex needs to be repaired, so it doesn't look great, but it works, and we think it's nice to be out there. Our garden is "wild on purpose", but we haven't quite "tamed" it yet. (so it seems a little messy) We live in the house next door.
