This place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Small but discreet including private bathroom/kitchen. Fresh core renovated with soundproofing doors. The haven of peace in the middle of the city. Gastronomies right in front of your door. Free motorbike & bike parking in front of the door. Apartment is located on the second floor, in a listed townhouse . Apartment is decorated in retro design with many listed windows, ceilings, doors, walls... Nearby outdoor and indoor swimming pool, park (green belt that goes around the old town) and of course the old town with shopping, cafes, bars, museums (medical and museum of concrete art). Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
