Double bed (2 x 2 m), bathroom with shower, small kitchen are provided. From mid-September 2026, a private small terrace will be available. My dog roams freely on the property. He is very gentle, but he does bark. Dachau is 2 km away, and Munich is about 15 km away. I myself live on the property and deliberately keep it quiet.

It is absolutely quiet, in very good surroundings, on the 2nd floor, without an elevator. Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, restaurants, cafes, beer garden, pizzeria, McDonald's, tennis court, swimming lake within walking distance. Good parking options. Bus: 100 m (10 min ride to the S-Bahn) S-Bahn train: in 20 minutes in the center of Munich.

For 5 people or more, we open another bedroom in the attic of the house. Our apartment has its own roof terrace. Munich is easily accessible via the nearby train station (approx. 12 minutes). But Dachau and its surroundings are also worth seeing. Shops serving everyday needs are nearby.
