Black Forest eco-work house: nature, animals, birds!

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

Cosy holiday home in quiet location

Welcome to our cosy holiday home! The studio apartment is located on the ground floor of our big family house and has a separate entrance. The bedroom is big and bright with exit to the garden. In the bedroom you´ll find a king-size bed consisting of two single mattresses, a wardrobe, a dresser, a table and two couches. The small kitchen is well equipped for self-supply. Breakfast is optional for an extra charge (5€ p.P.). In the recently renovated bathroom we will provide towels.

This cozy 1st floor apartment is located in the southern part of Pforzheim city centre, near to Pforzheim University, City Center and Helios hospital. The bus stop is just around the corner with a perfect direct connection in few minutes to Pforzheim University, the train station, city center as well as all other activities around. You will get everything you need for a comfortable stay: a double bed, WIFI with high speed internet, kitchen, big balcony, bathroom and your privacy.

BEST LOCATION: The 2-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a newly built house in the middle of Pforzheim city. IT DOESN'T GET ANY MORE CENTRAL: Everything you need is right outside the door. Cafes, restaurants (also with great breakfast), beer garden, supermarkets, pedestrian zone... everything is in the immediate vicinity and within 2 minutes' walk. The CongressCentrum and the theater are also just around the corner. The train station is about 10 minutes' walk away.

Those who want to enjoy the peace in the countryside in the district of Singen outside of the city traffic and prefer a cozy, individually furnished apartment to a sterile hotel room are in good hands here. Only 15 minutes walk to the train station with connection to the Interregio. Shopping facilities can be reached in 5 minutes by car Mini golf course, diving park, outdoor swimming pool, cultural hall as well as the Roman Museum can be reached in about 5 minutes by car

"Especially now, just get out of the city and into the countryside." The apartment is located on the top floor of a completely renovated house dating back to 1745. Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

I rent a cozily furnished in-law (about 50 sqm) in a quiet residential area – with separate entrance and private parking. The kitchen is fully equipped (including microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker), the bathroom offers a shower, hairdryer, washing machine and dryer. Outside, a table, 4 chairs and a barbecue are waiting for nice hours – even if not everything is quite ready yet. TV (Astra) and Wi-Fi are included. Ideal for relaxed living with comfort.

Exclusive apartment in Niefern near Pforzheim

The beautiful apartment is located in Niefern-Öschelbronn (Niefern district) . You can reach Pforzheim in 10 minutes by car, the nearest train station is a 10-minute walk away. After the motorway exit ( A 8 ) Pforzheim center you will reach the apartment in five minutes. - Guests must agree in writing to the user agreement on the use of Internet access via Wi-Fi before receiving THE WIFI access data. Form will of course be emailed in advance.

Bedroom (double bed), living room with sofa bed (1.2 x 2.0 m), kitchen (fully equipped), guest toilet, storage room, two small balconies, entrance area with wardrobe, underfloor heating. Parking in front of the house. The apartment is centrally located in Königsbach. A bakery (with cafe) is 30 meters away. The train station can be reached within a five-minute walk.

Vacation home "Right in the heart❤"

The apartment "Mitten im Herzen" is, as the name suggests, right in the heart of Schöllbronn. It is located in a partly historic building, which during the shelling by the French in the 2nd World War II, the surrounding neighbors were granted protection in its vaulted cellar. IMPORTANT NOTE: The price for a child under 2 years is 10.00 euros and has to be paid upon arrival.

One-room house in a disused quarry

The small, light-flooded one-room house (22 square meters, 4 meters high) is located in a disused quarry on the edge of the forest. Here you can let your thoughts run wild with views of nature and unique sculptures. It has a sleeping loft (1.40 m bed), a small breakfast kitchen, shower area with toilet and everything that goes with relaxing in seclusion.

Weekend house in the countryside near the city

You can enjoy nature without direct neighbors and are still in the residential area of Durlach after 200 m. The pedestrian zone of Durlachs can be reached in 5 minutes by car and only 12 minutes by car is Karlsruhe, the 2nd largest city in Baden-Württemberg. A wonderful place to relax and unwind!
