Built in 1907, "Haus Heising" impresses with its old building charm in the very best island location. In the heart of Friedrichstrasse. Everything that Westerland offers is within walking distance in less than a few ; ) minutes. The cafe (Diavolo) and the bakery are downstairs in the building or right next door. The main beach is only 300 meters away. The small apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is newly renovated, furnished with a small kitchen and bathroom with a large shower and is looking forward to the first guests.

The "Haus Mellhörn" under thatch is located in an elevated position with high-quality furnishings and with beautiful views of the large migratory dune with the unique Lister dune and heath landscape. Here you can relax and start excursions to the surrounding area. The house is situated in an idyllic location on the marsh hiking trail. The apartment is located in a half of the house that is separately accessible for guests. It offers a lounge area, a reading corner, a kitchen, 3 double rooms and 3 bathrooms. The hosts live in the other half of the house. In the guest garden you can relax or let off steam on the trampoline. An additional room in the passage area has been added.

Welcome to our terp in Waygaard near the lake Botschlott. The accommodation is a traditional thatched farmhouse flat with a view overlooking the lake, the surrounding meadows and the North Frisian marshes. It is ideal for nature lovers: you can canoe, cycle and watch the flocks of birds that use the partly protected lake as a migration and nesting site. The house was carefully restored with natural materials in 2025/2026

The loft apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation on Sylt. Due to the open roof ridge, the room has an extraordinary height and spatial effect. Digebo is beautifully located just behind the dike, very close to Sønderstrand. Here is amazing nature right outside the door. Take a walk along the dike down to the amazingly beautiful and probably Northern Europe's largest sandy beach. Here is a fantastic bird life, lovely hiking trails and bike paths all over the island. Inside, it's cozy and inviting and plenty of room for 6 people.
