Welcome to our cozy apartment in the threshing floor! Close to the train/bus station (within walking distance). From here you can walk to the city centre with lots of restaurants and shops as well as the wonderful beach. Old Westerland with the beautiful village church can also be reached in a few minutes! Our apartment is located in a nice Friesenhaus , you will find it on the first floor. It goes over two levels, the upper sleeping area is accessible via a staircase ( due to the location in the Spitzbden, you have little ceiling height). The living and dining area is generous and flooded with light. Open ceiling beams and cosy furnishings invite you to linger. Free Wi-Fi and parking for your car is available behind the house.

The apartment is bright, cozy and very small (about 34m2, 1.5 rooms) and was last renovated in January 2022. Built-in kitchen, eco-design floor (phtalate-free) and electrics were renewed in 2017. Suitable for all those who want to be on the edge of Westerland and who don't mind the "charm of a yellow-linker's residence" Theodor Heuss Str. 16-22". Small southwest-facing balcony available. Welcome)) You live in the middle of the city and can reach everything on foot. Friedrichstrasse and the Kurzentrum can be reached in just a few minutes on foot.
