The cottage is located high. Sun much of the day/evening. Nature plot is shared with main building. Neighbors are around, not close, you can handle yourself. The cottage has a large bright living room, a smaller bedroom, a mini kitchen as well as a toilet with shower, washing machine and dryer. three km to the sea and child-friendly swimming. Both close to the cabin and on Värmdö there are scenic areas for recreation. Two km to the bus stop with direct bus to Slussen/Stockholm. Seven km to grocery store. Two bicycles available.

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, sea glimpses from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. Takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is located 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bikes can be borrowed to pedal up to the shop. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Archipelago cottage on Saltarö

Relax with the whole family in this nice cottage in the middle of popular Saltarö with proximity to the sea and beach in the Stockholm Archipelago. On Saltarö there are within walking distance several nice beaches, cliff baths, kiosk, restaurant, padel court and tennis courts. At Barnbadet there is a possibility to rent a canoe and DRINK. Past Saltarö, Värmdöleden, a 25-kilometer hiking trail through beautiful nature. From central Stockholm it takes about 40 minutes by car and 50 minutes by bus from Slussen.

Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Short walk to the bus that takes you to Stockholm. Charming newly renovated cottage that houses features for a comfortable cozy accommodation. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a culinary meal. There is a washing machine. Turn the knob under the water tap to get water to the washing machine.
