Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Velkommen til vores dejlige oase i det naturskønne Røsnæs. Her er der plads til at slappe helt af. Her kan I nyde et skønt hus, en stille have og udsigten over markerne. Der er blot 7 minutters gang ned til stranden som byder på badebro, det reneste havvand og den smukkeste solnedgang. Området Røsnæs er kendt for sin unikke natur, og der er masser af oplevelser i området. I kan gå Røsnæs rundt, opleve det historiske fyrtårn Røsnæs Fyr og besøge områdets mange vingårde.

Idyllic former farmhouse in Danish countryside

The house is a traditonal Danish countryside house, 20 km from Roskilde. Here you can enjoy the Danish “hygge”, with peace and nature that you’ll find nowhere else. Relax on the terrasse in the garden, walk in the woods or to Gershøj beach. Go biking on the “fjordsti” which follows Roskilde and Ise fjord, just 1.5 km from the house. Bikes can be borrowed here for free. In winter, you can make a fire. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged upon request and against fees.

I huset er der entre, bad/toilet med sauna, soveværelse samt et stort køkken/stue med alkove. Fra stue er der adgang til dejlig stor hems. Huset har aircondition og brændeovn. Anneks indeholder værelse med dobbelt seng. Hus og anneks er forbundet af træterrasse og der er udebruser med varmt vand. Soveværelse i huset samt hems og alkove.

Krogebæk

The house is a renovated farmhouse surrounded by meadows and small forests. The location at the end of a long dirt road with only a few neighbors gives you the feeling that you are all by your self. The water is 2-300 meters away and the sunsets by the sea are marvles. Pets are welcome - and there is a small horse available right next to the house.
