Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Welcome to Karlsudd, just outside of Vaxholm. This has been a paradise for hundred years with summer villas and permanent residences. Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.

Very quiet and peaceful all year around. 3min walk down a path there’s a small beach and the ocean. 10min walk further you have a beautiful lake and bathing place. Some weeks during busy summertime the creperie there is open. By car you reach Stockholm city within 25 min Bus 40 min. In other words: its a lovely place to stay in!
