The city center is only 1500 meters away, the train station is 1600 meters away and the highway entrance is 3 minutes away. Dogs are welcome guests. In about 100 meters, the green corridor with beautiful walking paths begins. Also great for cyclists and joggers. Without breakfast!

Close to nature and relaxing – right next to the Eifel National Park. The tiny house is located above Lake Roer. Hiking trails are right in front of the house. Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

Here you will find plenty of space, comfort, good air and tranquility. The farm does not include livestock and is only used agriculturally during the harvest season.

In addition, a modern kitchen, a chic bathroom with windows and a furnished terrace. Private items are kept to a minimum. 5 min walk to Eurogress or Tivoli, 15 min to town hall/cathedral.

It's located right at the entrance of the historic city center with many culinary offerings and is the perfect starting point for excursions into nature. Mitten in der Natur und doch zentral (unweit von Aachen, Eupen, Maastricht, Lüttich) Wir vermieten auf unserem Hof (Eynattener Mühle) eine 70qm Wohnung mit seperatem Eingang, bestehend aus einer großen Wohn-Essküche, einem großen Schlafzimmer, einem kleinen Wohn-Schlafzimmer Einzelbett 185 x 85 (Klappbett 90x200 auf Anfrage) einem Badezimmer. Es ist Platz für 4 Erwachsene und 1 Baby (Babybett vorhanden). Ein Sitzplatz im Freien, direkt an der Göhle, steht unseren Gästen zur Verfügung.

If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.
