In the middle of the countryside, but in the immediate vicinity of the city of Jülich, you are surrounded by horse paddocks, hiking trails, fields, fruit and vegetable gardens. Here you will find plenty of space, comfort, good air and tranquility. The farm does not include livestock and is only used agriculturally during the harvest season.

This beautiful 98 m² attic apartment is in a quiet location on the edge of a natural area, yet still close to the city center. The proximity to an allotment garden, the Ruraue, Brückenkopfpark, outdoor swimming pool, lake for swimming, and sports/leisure facilities offers attractive local recreational activities. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, there is a small garden that can be shared by arrangement. The city center, with plenty of dining and shopping options, is 1 km away.

Close to the University of Applied Sciences and Research Center Jülich. For 2 - 3 people, 1 x guest bed (optional) and 1 x 160 cm x 200 cm velvet bed (standard) in green. Shopping facilities are within approx. 5-minute walk. A mobile air conditioner, for warm summer nights, tops it all off. The house rules apply.
