Die Wohnung wurde 2023 neu renoviert/saniert. Früher war das Denkmalgeschütze Gebäude ein Pferdestall. Dadurch hat das Gebäude einen ganz besonderen Charme. Unser alter Bauernhof ist sehr ruhig. Man hat die Möglichkeit direkt am See spazieren zu gehen oder im Wald ein bisschen frische Luft zu schnappen. Ein Spielplatz für die Kinder ist auch da. Unsere Lage ist ideal gelegen. Die bekannten Apfelplantagen des Alten Landes liegen direkt in der Nähe und laden zu Spaziergängen, Radtouren und entspannten Auszeiten ein. Ein besonderer Ort mit Geschichte, Charme und viel Ruhe.

Dear guests! In this space of over 120 m². Holiday apartment in Over, Seevetal, about 700 m from the Elbe. In addition to opportunities to enjoy nature within walking distance, you can reach the centre of Hamburg in about 25 minutes by car. There is a bus stop just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian Restaurants are about 1 km away. There are security cameras at the entrance area on the property.

Our apartment is located in the beautiful Alten Land, near the Lühe pier (about 15min walk over the dike). Stade, Finkenwerder, Buxtehude and Hamburg (45min.) are easily accessible by car. But also as a day trip by bike to explore well. You will love my accommodation because of the scenic location, the proximity to the water and the city of Hamburg. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers and business travelers
