The sectional couch is a great place for the kids to sleep, as well there is an air mattress available upon request. Our apartment is upstairs and therefore hosts a beautiful deck to sit and enjoy the country quiet as well as a downstairs patio complete with lights and a gas grill. This house is surrounded by growth. High trees provide shade while grilling out and the wooded lot gives a feeling of being somewhere much more remote. There are exactly seventy stairs to the water. The dock provides a great place to relax and eat and drink. The water off the dock is 7ft deep, so jump right in. It is possible to tie a boat up to the outside of the dock so feel free to bring your own or rent one from the nearby Marina.
