This large second story apartment has beautiful hardwood floors, lots of windows, and great space! Three closets are included in the apartment. Main room has 55” tv, a couch, chair and dining table with chairs. A kitchenette is included with full fridge, sink, and workspace. Popcorn maker, 2 burner electric cooktop, coffee maker, George Foreman Grill, crockpot, toaster, and microwave are all available for your use. Dishes, glasses, and all necessities to cook are available.

Our home is located in beautiful neighborhood. We love our view. House has 3 bedrooms ( two bedrooms have king beds and one bedroom has two queen beds), also have two futons in living room that can be used as full size beds. This home was remodeled by my husband and me and were constantly adding new ideas to it. however, we do not tolerate any kind of wild parties that include hard liquor or smoking. absolutely no smoking in the house the wood in house will peneteate the smell.

Enjoy the resort-like getaway right in town. 5 min to shopping, restaurants. Only 10 min to downtown. Unit is pet friendly ($49).

Cozy Cottage in Union, SC

Our cozy cottage is half a mile from Foster Mill Park and only minutes from budding downtown Union. Sitting at the end of a cul-de-sac surrounded by trees for privacy, natural light shines through the whole home while offering a place to sit and relax inside or outside. Sofa and smart tv in the den, full kitchen (minus dishwasher) and laundry. The bedroom offers a full bed with storage for clothing & blackout curtains. The bathroom offers a shower with vanity storage.

Platts' Place Retro Retreat

The guest suite is located on the first floor of a two-story subdivision home. The suite is separated from the rest of the home by a locked door (both sides are locked.) The private guest entrance is at the back of the home. People live here though, so plan on a little noise transfer from the street and home. Parking is on site. The space is pet free, but guests are welcome to visit our pets if they need to cuddle some fur babies.
