A charming place all in stone and wood, full of sunlinght, situated in the neighbourhood of the beautiful Church of Saint Rocco. You can admire the old arhitecture astoundingly compressed in small places, eat in some of the best restaurants of Piran two steps away or be at the seaside in one minute. Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (2.5€ per adult person per day) is included in the price.
