Brand new - but not quite perfect yet...

Hello dear guests, I am renting out a beautiful, bright and quiet two-room apartment with balcony. It is located on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator. The apartment is 60 square meters, is newly renovated and completely new and furnished with love. However, there are a few things that are missing at the moment, such as carpets, curtains and pictures. But it won't take long for the apartment to be completely furnished. It is close to the university, and you can also get to the center quickly.

Rural location in the small village of Grebs im Hohen Fläming 45 minutes south-west of Berlin. The large communal garden with forest directly behind it offers enough space for relaxation. Our newly renovated apartment on the first floor invites you to linger in a modern style. We also offer a pick-up service by arrangement (up to 20 km radius) for an extra charge. Charmante Ferienwohnung im Stadtteil Hopfengarten. Gute Verkehrsanbindung, sowohl zur Autobahn als auch zum ÖVP. Unsere Wohnung mit separatem Eingang wartet auf euch im 1. OG unseres Hauses. Sie besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einer kleinen Küche, einem Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche sowie einem Wohnzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa, sodass wir auch 4 Gästen eine angenehme Übernachtung bieten können. Bei Bedarf steht ein Kinder-Reisebett zur Verfügung.

Gommern is a small town in the countryside near Magdeburg (15 km). In summer, nearby lakes in the beautiful recreational area invite you to swim (free access). Long walks or a short bike ride, we have lots of nature to offer and like to give excursion tips. The apartment (58 sqm) overlooking the countryside is located on the 2nd floor of a small three-family house (8 steeper steps), 2 minutes walking distance from the train station.

Our apartment is very bright and friendly. Perfect size for couples or anyone looking for a small but refined place to stay. The flat is in the center of the city center. The flat is in the attic and therefore offers a good view of the tower of the castle. Opposite is a small ice cream bar and various restaurants are within a 2-minute walk. The train station is a 10-minute walk away and the bus station is a 5-minute walk away.

Hello, I rent my beautiful apartment in Caputh located directly on the water, overlooking the Templiner See. From the bedroom you can access the balcony and enjoy the view of the lake. A 1.60m wide box spring bed ensures a good night's sleep. TV, a small music system as well as some board games are also available. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can have a great breakfast there. There is also a shower room.
