Situated on 6 acres in Dinwiddie County, this newly renovated cottage includes 2 bedrooms, full bath, full kitchen, living room with fireplace and private patio with dining area. Your stay includes full access to the grounds and dock and you are welcome to tie up a boat if you bring one.

The “Beach House” is a guest cottage at Snug Harbor, a 2 acre private property overlooking the Rappahannock River and Chesapeake Bay. Perfect for a couple’s getaway, this well-appointed cottage has beautiful water views and includes access to our private beach & dock (with guest slip) with use of our paddle boards and kayaks. The cottage’s 1st floor features an open liv/din/kit area, full bath with large shower and a covered patio. The 2nd floor features a large loft bedroom with a queen bed.

You'll also love just enjoying the deck and the beauty of the Virginia countryside.

Hutch's Bluff - Waterfront near Williamsburg

Charming riverfront A-Frame home on 2 acres overlooking the Chickahominy River. Completely updated interior, including all furnishings and appliances. Wake in a King bed loft space with a majestic view of the river, or choose one of the two Queen bedrooms below. First floor all tile bathroom with a walk in shower. Stainless appliances and granite countertops. Bring your fishing gear, relax at the end of the pier, or enjoy the views from the large deck and fire pit.

Whatever you choose the skyhouse is stocked with roasted coffee, farm-fresh eggs, fresh-baked bread, teas and soaps from our incredible local homesteaders and artisans.

Eco-friendly cottage overlooks lake in mountains 1 BD w/ queen, ladder to sleeping loft w/ two twins, double futon in living-room. Bath with tub. Deck with charcoal grill. Only a few yards from water’s edge. Onsite walking trails with mountain bikes, canoes, and fishing. Family friendly! Pets welcome with additional $50 fee for the first pet, $25 for an additional pet. Wi-Fi in this cottage sometimes needs owner to reset. Near the Shenandoah National Park!

Otterview has one of the most incredible views in the state, huge deck, and pond. The house is open format with 3 bedrooms, a top of the line kitchen, cozy living room, and extraordinary great room. Look out at the Peaks of Otter, enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets. You are welcome to grill out on the Blackstone, enjoy the firepit, and relax on the dock. There is two miles of trails on the 37 acre property with their own trail signs and map.
