The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

The North Sea Oak of the southern Jadebusen is only 2 km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational holiday, for 2 friendly families or for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining lawn and play equipment is enclosed and therefore suitable for toddlers and four-legged children.

The 100 m² apartment, in a listed building, with a large terrace, in the Mediterranean garden, is located in the idyllic Knoops Park. The maritime Vegesack with its historic harbor, like the city center of Bremen, are accessible by public transport. Bus stop 100 m, train station 850 m away.

Our holiday home was newly built in 2015. The quiet location offers rest and relaxation for the whole family. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, cycling or canoeing. Bremen, Bremerhaven and Hamburg are also not far away for those who want culture or shopping.
