Home sweet home. This 3 BR home is the perfect place for families to gather and spend time together. With an extremely spacious living space and a giant sofa theres seating for the whole family. The entire home is newly renovated and has all new appliances. The kitchen, being fully equipped, is the perfect place to spend the holidays, and family dinners. There are 2 full baths, both have newly done showers with porcelain tile. This home includes a work space and 1 gig of high speed internet.

The Boho Bungalow is a newly renovated duplex with a one-car garage, located in a quiet cul-de-sac with a scenic wooded back yard that gives off the vibes of being in the NC mountains. Location is excellent! This upscale neighborhood is near everything, the military base, very close to the best restaurants Jacksonville has to offer! Plus not far from the beach too! This home has all amenities such as fireplace, dining/living room, jet tub in master bedroom, covered front porch with rocking chairs, bar area, full dining room &, private screened in back porch facing the peaceful woods, gas fire pit, gas grill, huge fenced in deck & enjoy private hottub overlooking the woods!

Making Waves

This completely remolded home was built in the early 1950’s. My husband remolded the home in 2012. It is very homey and has been decorated with beach decor from one end to the other. The kitchen has everything you would need from electric skillet to a crockpot. It has foils,baggies, salt, pepper, oil, coffee and filters. It also has a laundry room. So much charm and very inviting. We are centrally located in Jacksonville. Close to all military bases and the beaches within 35 miles.

Charming townhouse in Jacksonville NC overlooking Wilson Bay and just minutes from all area Military Bases, Shopping, Restaurants, Planet Fitness Gym, Parks and approx 20/30 minutes to North Topsail Beach/Emerald Isle Beach. This two story town house has two bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen & 1 single roll away bed), 1 & 1/2 baths, balcony off master bedroom, covered patio out back and is equipped with everything you need. (Sorry no cats/dogs please (medical exemption) due to severe allergies)

Duplex delight w/gators & coffee

Centrally located to Camp Lejeune, MCAS, restaurants, shopping and beaches - 25 miles either north or south of Jacksonville. Whether your trip is for business or pleasure, make sure to keep an eye out for the gator in the backyard creek. Kayakers be mindful if you decide to cruise to the New River as gators have been sighted along that journey. Plenty of sidewalks if you must get a run/walk in before your day begins. And finally enjoy a cup of coffee relaxing on the covered porch.

“Down by the Bay” is a great place to call home regardless of how short your stay! This home sits in a family friendly neighborhood that is in walking distance to Wilson Bay Park, Sturgeon City and the Riverwalk area of downtown Jacksonville. Very close, as well, to Camp Lejeune, Marine Corps Air Station and Beirut Memorial. If Kayaking is your thing, check out the pictures! Public kayak ramps are available at Sturgeon City. Less than 1/2 mile away.
