Fully loaded home in the Arlington part of Jacksonville is 18 miles from the JAX Airport, 8 minutes from Downtown, TIAA Stadium (Jaguar Stadium) and the VyStar Arena. 11 miles from Atlantic Beach, 14 miles from Mayo Clinic, I-295, UNF & JU are also a short drive away. The Treehouse - Murray Hill

Enjoy all the comforts of home in this remodeled guesthouse. Features keyless entry for easy self check-in, mini kitchenette with one-burner induction cooktop, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, utensils, and cookware. Free Wi-Fi, 43" Smart TV, linens, full-size bed in the sleeping area with a private deck off the back sitting high amongst the trees. Parking on well-lit quiet street with security camera coverage in select areas. No indoor smoking/vaping allowed. DM for questions/exceptions!

Due to owner allergies, we do not allow pets or companion animals. The home is a block away from 8 restaurants and many local shops. We allow a maximum of 6 overnight guests and 4 visitors on the property at one time.
